Recipe Of The Day: Cannabis Infused Banana Pancakes

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right? Breakfast gives us the energy we need to wake up and take on the day. If you’re getting tired of the same old food everyday, try out this recipe for cannabis infused banana pancakes!


Ingredients needed:

  • 5 tablespoons cannabutter, melted

  • 1 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 banana (its best to use a browner banana)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • vegetable oil, for cooking

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder



  • Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Mash the banana with a fork in a separate bowl, until the banana is almost smooth. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Add the milk, and vanilla and mix until everything is combined.
  • Add the banana mixture and the melted cannabutter into the flour mixture. Fold the batter gently, do not whisk to hard or over mix. (The batter should be lumpy)
  • In a pan over medium heat add a little vegetable oil to a heated pan. Using 1/4 cup, drop the batter into the hot pan. Space batter at least 2 inches apart.
  • Cook for 2 minutes, or until the bottom is a light golden brown. Flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Repeat until all the batter has been used. Serve hot, top with maple syrup and additional banana slices if desired. Enjoy your cannabis infused banana pancakes!
